Why now

More applications. More pressure on hiring teams.

Applications per job rose from 116 in 2022 to 244 in 2025. Recruiters per organisation fell from 10.43 to 4.62. And AI-polished CVs now read alike.

Sound familiar?

  • Reading hundreds of similar CVs.

AI-polished CVs read alike, so the pile tells you little about who can do the job.

  • Too many people in too many interviews.

Several interviewers meet each candidate, and diaries fill with scheduling and repeat rounds.

  • No common basis to compare.

Each interviewer asks different things, and the notes end up in different places.

  • Decisions that depend on who interviewed.

The same candidate can get a yes from one manager and a no from another.

Where interview time goes

Two lanes. Today, hiring time goes on reading every CV, several interviewers meeting each candidate, and repeat interviews and debriefs. With H-Evaluate, every applicant takes the same test and results sit in one view. Interviews go to the people who show they can do the job, and the team decides together.

Example roles at a fictional company. The test for each role is built from its job description.

Four steps, no test-writing.

  1. Post the role.

Paste your job description. H-Evaluate builds a skills test for that role.

  2. Preview it.

Try the test yourself, exactly as a candidate would. Nothing is recorded.

  3. Share one link, or invite by email.

Post one link where candidates will see it, or send personal invites with an expiry date. Where your plan includes it, you set how many people can use the link and when it closes.

  4. Decide together.

Compare results side by side, keep your team's notes beside them and make the call.

See it with a role you're hiring for.

For the people you invite

Help candidates start prepared.

No account to create. Candidates see the instructions, check their device and practise before the timer starts.

  • Told up front what the test asks of them and that AI is used.
  • Six languages: English, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French and Arabic.
  • Text size, high contrast and a dyslexia-friendly option.
  • The timer runs on our servers and starts when they press Start.
  • Answers save as they go. If the connection drops, candidates pick up where they left off.
  • Works on a phone or a computer.

'Confident with AI' on a CV proves nothing. See how they use it.

With the optional AI Sandbox, candidates use an AI assistant on a real task for your role. Then they explain what they did. You see how they work with AI, not just that they say they do. Where your plan includes it, you can also set a minimum AI skill level as a requirement for the role.

Example: a candidate working with an AI assistant on a task. No results shown.

Questions hiring teams ask

Does it work for jobs that aren't technical?

Yes. H-Evaluate builds the test from your job description. It fits a store manager, a nurse, an accounts lead or a sales rep as well as an engineer. Bring any role to the demo. If you want a head start on a job description, our free Hiring Hub has kits for common roles.

Browse the free Hiring Hub

How long does the test take?

It varies by role. We confirm the length for your role in the demo. Candidates are told what the test asks of them before they begin.

Can't candidates just use ChatGPT?

Where the job calls for AI, the optional AI Sandbox lets candidates use it on a real task. You see how well they work with it instead of guessing. Candidates are told up front what the test asks of them and that AI is used. Ask us about monitoring options for your plan in the demo.

Who makes the final decision, us or the software?

You do. H-Evaluate gives your team results to compare side by side, with your own notes beside them. Every candidate for a role takes the same test, and you can review each result. That makes your decision easier to explain. We don't give legal advice; your own review still applies.

Do we need to connect it to our job board or hiring system?

No. You invite candidates by email from H-Evaluate, or share a link where your plan includes it, and they open it. There is nothing to connect or install.

How is it priced?

By plan, sized to your team and how many roles you hire for. We don't publish figures here. In the demo we confirm the features, usage limits and terms before you buy.

Can we post one link instead of emailing everyone?

Yes, where your plan includes it. You set how many people can use the link and when it closes. You can switch it off any time. Each candidate confirms their email before starting.

What if a candidate's connection drops?

Answers save as they go, and candidates can pick up where they left off. The timer runs on our servers, so it works the same on every device.

Who needs to be in the interview?

That's your call. Every applicant takes the same test, and your team sees the results side by side before anyone books an interview. You then choose who to interview and who should be in the room, with the evidence in hand.

How do we keep hiring consistent across managers?

Every candidate for a role takes the same test. Once candidates start, the test for that role doesn't change. Managers and interviewers see the same results, with the team's notes beside them, where their access allows. Bring roles from two different teams to the demo and see it for yourself.

Bring your next role.
