These terms govern your organisation's use of Hanzomon products. By using the service you agree to them.
The service
Hanzomon provides AI-generated candidate assessment tools under the plan your organisation selects. Features, limits, and support tiers are defined by your plan.
Acceptable use
Use assessments only for lawful hiring purposes with candidates you have a legitimate relationship with. Do not attempt to extract question banks, resell access, or use results to discriminate on protected characteristics.
Your data
Your organisation owns its data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is". We may improve or change features; material changes to paid plans are announced in advance.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim. Hiring decisions remain yours: assessment scores are decision support, not a decision-maker.
