This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have over your data. It applies to hanzomon.ai and the H-Evaluate platform.
What we collect
Account data from recruiters (name, work email, organisation), assessment data from candidates (answers, scores, and — with explicit consent — proctoring signals), and standard technical logs needed to run the service.
Why we collect it
To generate and score assessments, protect result integrity, improve question quality, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, and candidate data is never used for advertising.
Candidate consent
Candidates give explicit consent before any assessment data is processed, and separately before any proctoring is enabled. Consent choices are recorded and auditable.
Retention & deletion
Data is retained according to your organisation's plan and configuration. Candidates may request deletion; personal content is erased while anonymised integrity hashes are kept to preserve the audit trail, in line with GDPR Article 17.
Your rights
Access, correction, portability, and erasure requests are honoured for both recruiters and candidates. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
