What we do for hiring teams
You invite candidates by email or, where your plan includes it, share a link. Each one takes the same test for the role. Your team compares results side by side and keeps notes beside them. Then you choose who to interview.
Why we built it
A CV shows where someone has been. It doesn't show what they can do. Many CVs now read the same, and AI helps people polish them. We built H-Evaluate so a shop, a hospital or a finance team can see evidence before the interview.
Where we're going
H-Evaluate is available through guided onboarding. Hiring is becoming AI-native on both sides of the table, and our mission is to make ability, including the ability to work with AI, measurable, comparable and fair for every candidate and every team.
